Bergen County Environmental Justice Community Engagement Session

Register - for both virtual and in-person event

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will hold this community engagement session regarding environmental justice issues for residents of Bergen County on Thursday, February 23, 2023, from 6:00pm – 7:30pm.  Both in-person and virtual participation options will be available.  Spanish interpretation will be provided.  The session will provide residents, community groups, and other members of the public a chance to meet and discuss environmental justice issues in Bergen County with DEP and EPA Region 2 staff. The in-person option will take place at Mellone-Mariniello Recreation Center, 116 Holt Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Registration for those attending in-person is recommended to assist communication.  View the flyer here.
