Municipalities can earn up to 25 points by documenting active participation in an established program, such as the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute’s Mayors Wellness Campaign, and implementing health promotion, disease prevention and wellness programs for specific segments of the population including youth, seniors, and employees, as well as the entire community, under the Sustainable Jersey Building Healthier Communities action.
