The Atlantic-Cape May Counties Hub will host this webinar to provide information about how the climate is changing our coastline and how you can help document and contribute to current research as a citizen scientist.  Vanessa Tropiano, Coastal Training Program Coordinator, Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve, will share the science behind coastal flooding and demonstrate how to use the MyCoast App.  Joe Martucci, Meteorologist, The Press of Atlantic City, will break down the Rutgers report on NJ’s Rising Seas & Changing Coastal Storms in terms of its impact on the Jersey Shore and will discuss the Community Rating System for Flood Insurance.
